"Ottimo hotel in posizione strategica, 10 min a piedi dalla playa e allo stesso tempo lontano dal chiasso cittadino. Colazione favolosa e internazionale. Lo staff é stato sempre super gentile , lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. Anche palestra e spa sono ottime, unica pecca secondo me é che manca la possibilità di ordinare un drink quando sei a bordo piscina ma parliamo davvero di piccolezze. Tornassi a San Sebastián , lo sceglierei senza dubbio . "

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. All’arrivo ci ha accolti alla reception Maria, persona squisita, gentilissima e professionale. Grazie a Lei e i suoi consigli, abbiamo girato la città apprezzando molto le sue preziose indicazioni. La struttura è molto moderna e curata, la camera fresca e funzionale. La colazione a buffet è molto varia, dolce e salata e di ottima qualità. La zona è molto tranquilla, servita benissimo dai mezzi di trasporto per il centro e per la moto si trova facilmente parcheggio a fianco della struttura. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e lo consigliamo vivamente. "

"Hotel non centrico ma in una zona sufficientemente vicina alla Playa della Concha e molto tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage dell hotel anche se a un costo non economico (27 € notte). Camera spaziosa e letto molto confortevole.colazione a 20 € per persona, buffet ma decisamente non a buon mercato. Assortimento del buffet buono, ma a questi prezzi non posso concepire un socco di arancio conservato....non in Spagna almeno. Reception efficiente e cirtese."

"Per la 4 volta ho soggiornato a San Sebastian e per la 4 volta ho scelto questo hotel. Hotel elegante con camere grandi dotate di ogni confort, ma il suo punto di forza è la posizione. La sua splendida veduta sulla concha annulla qualsiasi altro inconveniente si possa incontrare. Ottimo anche il ristorante. "

"Ho dormito in una tenda fornita di tutto ma soprattutto con un letto molto comodo. I servizi sono pulitissimi. Il campeggio in sé un po’ spoglio e con poco personale (soprattutto al bar) ma non manca niente."

"This little hotel wouldn’t be so bad if it cost a LOT less for what you get! The value for money which we paid per night was absolutely ridiculous. The pictures show all the big, spacious and luminous rooms…the room we actually got was tiny. We are a family of four people with a dog (which they ask an extra 10€ per night for!!!) We couldn’t even open our dogs travel bed in the space we had, let alone walk around the beds, we were basically jumping over things! The bunk bed had the bottom part directly on the floor. There were no bed lights on the bedside tables and no hairdryer in the bathroom (even the most Basic hotels offer hairdryers attached to walls) The bathroom was old with cracks on the side of the tub where you showered. The room was basic with a window at the very end which could only be opened partly as the bunk bed was practically attached to the terrace doors. Since the room was hot and stuffy, we kept the window open during the night, but my boys ended up catching a cold due to the fact that their pillows were right up against the terrace doors! The little terrace which is quite shabby is almost more spacious then the actual room!!! The walls are very thin, so you could hear the neighbours speaking and moving things around! I’m not one to usually complain and I’ve travelled a lot and slept in worse places but it all depends on what you actually PAY for a room. The space we were offered for the price we paid was definitely not worth even half of the cost!"

"The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the center and with many bus stops available. The structure is great, with spacious rooms (especially the bathroom). The staff is friendly and always available. Cleaning ok, excellent buffet breakfast. The view from my room was awesome."
